February Workout Plan

I know I’m late to post my January/February workout plan but better late than never right?

January got a little crazy for me. I tried sticking to my plan but as you can tell the cardio side of it did not really pan out. I did most of my cardio on the treadmill and went to kickboxing a few times. It’s for this very reason that I have decided to hangup my boxing gloves. Sigh, I cancelled my membership at Title Boxing Club. To be honest it was getting very tedious and boring. I just wasn’t into it anymore. It’s time for me to move on.

So here’s my January.

See what I mean? For the most part I kept up with my lifting schedule but cardio meh not so much.

Sunday is my official rest day now. This is usually my church/meal prep day. Meal prep for me is like a 4 hour process. Also I decided to just jot down my cardio as I do it instead of planning that in advance. I did finish the Jaime Eason Live fit program so now I just follow a few exercises from her week 7. I am in search for a new lifting program so if anyone has any ideas please do share. The red list above squat girl is a list of books to read.  I always start them and never finish, maybe this will motivate me to finish one all the way.

Squat girl . . . do I really need to go into this.  Let me break it down for ya’ll, squats = nice bum.
